Refund Policy

When You Qualify for a Refund


All sales at Ketchikan Gallery are considered final once a purchase has been completed. We do not offer refunds based on change of mind, preference, or buyer's remorse.

However, we recognize that circumstances outside your control may prevent delivery from being completed. In such cases, you may be eligible for a full refund under our Failed Delivery Exception.

Failed Delivery Exception: If our team made a documented delivery attempt to your address and you were not present to accept the piece — and a successful redelivery could not be arranged within a reasonable timeframe — you are eligible for a full refund. All deliveries require in-person acceptance. Items cannot be left at the door or with a third party under any circumstances.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges & Important Notes


Exchanges are permitted within 30 days of your original purchase date, subject to availability and condition of the piece.

To be eligible for an exchange, the original piece must not have been delivered or accepted. Exchanges are not available for pieces that have already been received in good condition.

Hand Delivery Requirement: Every art piece is personally delivered by a member of our team. Delivery is only complete upon your in-person acceptance. Please ensure you are available at the scheduled time, or provide a minimum of 10 days' notice to reschedule.
